We offer several delivery methods depending on your geographical area:

For instant exchanges, the delivery time is shortened because your exchange order is dispatched as soon as your exchange request has been validated. The same delivery costs apply as for standard exchanges.
FRANCE: 1 to 3 working days depending on the method selected.
EUROPEAN UNION :
- Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy: 3-5 days depending on the method selected.
- Rest of EU countries: 4-10 days depending on country and method selected.
OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION :
5-10 days depending on the method selected.
Our delivery times do not include order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days). Orders placed before 1pm are generally prepared the same day.
These lead times may be increased at particular times of the year (private sales, Christmas, etc.) due to the higher volume of orders.
Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs duties, which are not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amount of these taxes may vary. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Since January 2021, the United Kingdom is affected by these customs charges.
Have you changed your mind and want to return a product? We are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction by offering you the possibility of an exchange or a return, under certain conditions:
- Online commands
• You have 14 days after receiving your package to return the items. After this period, no return or refund will be accepted.
• Returned items must be: new, unwashed, without treatment or alteration. In their original condition and packaging, with the tagged labels.
Return
• Free for an exchange or partial return.- • At your responsibility in the event of total reimbursement (the amount will be deducted from the refund).
- • For a second exchange, the return costs will also be your responsibility.
• Exchanges are possible within the limits of available stocks.
Purchases in store Flotte (Paris)
• Only exchanges or vouchers (validity: 24 months) are possible. No refund will be made.
Orders with resellers or department stores
• We do not take care of these returns or exchanges.

France & Belgium: €4.95
Europe & UK: €10
Other countries: €15

3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange
4. Get the request details and print the return label
5. Stick the label on the parcel and drop it off at a La Poste office of your choice.
